These shoes were made for...

Anything but walking. As a rule, I never wear heels to work. Yes, I do work at a fashion company, but the dress code is casual to the point where we all look like we are channeling Derelict by Mugatu. Whatever, it's hip.

-BUT-

If I were going to teeter in on some seriously lethal high heels, it would be one of these from Barney's:

Fendi Platform Lace-up, $640

Lanvin Peepy Toe Wedge, $995

Lanvin Multi Strap Sandal, $940

Lanvin Gladiator Platform, $940

Christian Louboutin Peeptoe Mary Jane, $595

Marc Jacobs Open Toe Wedge, $540

Pierre Hardy Wedge Sandal, $890

It's hard to believe, but...

I think I have found my favorite shoe for Summer 2007: it's colorful, it's fun, it's perfect for shopping around town or going on vacation. It's fabulous.

It's the new brilliantly-hued series of ballet flat jellies from Marc. I know we give him preferential treatment here at OMGS, but he really is amazing. And as long as he keeps doing to our feet and wardrobes what vacation and napping do to our hearts, we're in love.

If crayons could be bling...

They would be designed and crafted by Tory Burch.

I love the buckle, the colors and the fit. Super comfy, and unbelievably cute with jeans, a dress or work clothes.

Thank you, UK

I've just discovered Kurt Geiger, an online shop with some of the most fabulous shoes I've seen in a while. Of course, all prices are listed in pounds, so beware! There are some many amazing options, I want to die.
